YM² Yue Man Square is a key project in the Kwun Tong town centre redevelopment, at the base of the residential tower at 33 Hip Wo Street, completed in March 2021. It combines a mall, the Yue Man Market, a Yue Man Lane zone of old shops and Hong Kong's first indoor air-conditioned bus / minibus interchange, a partnership between the Urban Renewal Authority and Sino Group and managed by Sino.
