Wan Tsui Shopping Centre at 2 Wah Ha Street, Chai Wan, is Chai Wan's earliest large integrated mall, completed in 1979 with Wan Tsui Estate and managed by Link REIT since 2005. With about 79,726 sq ft of internal floor area over six levels, it has a "Foodie Hub" eatery cluster on the ground floor, a market, daily-life shops and a car park, mainly serving Wan Tsui, Chai Wan, Hing Wah and Yue Wan Estate residents, about 5 minutes' walk via footbridge to MTR Chai Wan Station.
