The Millennity (Millennium City Phase 8) was built by Sun Hung Kai Properties and Transport International on the former KMB Kwun Tong Depot B site: two 20-storey Grade A office towers and a 10-level podium mall. The mall was named "Scramble Hill" in July 2025 and later renamed "The ANGLE". Opening in phases from the second half of 2025, it is Kwun Tong's newest large mall.
